Error in tds return

I am trying to validate the revised TDS return and getting following error
T-FV-3031 Invalid Last 'Bank Branch Code' / 'Form 24G' receipt number.
T-FV-3037 Invalid 'Last Date of Bank Challan' / 'Transfer Voucher' / 'Form 24G'.
T-FV-3044 Valid Last Total of Deposit Amount as per Challan must be provided
I looked the updated challan many times all the date, BSR code & CIN is correct but still getting the above error.
Please reply fast its urgent matter.

Cross verify the challan details in NSDL website with your details, you may find the reason

There may be the problem with offline challan as details uploaded by bank sometimes do not match with challan. Check the challan details of NSDL to verify the challan.

it is revised return. At original return level the file got validated then why not at revised return.
I only made changes in challan amount for correct amount.

if the original return validated with correct challan details, then what is the reason for change of challan in correction/revised return

If your challan amount is matched in original return how is it possible that challan amount (if you have not claim less or higher amount in that challan in revised return) is not matching in revised revised.

Mr.Chetan Soni, you misunderstood my question. when the challan is validated during original return,why you want to change/edit in original return ( you have mentioned as you changed the challan amount)
