In the ER 3 return form i have to mention the NT notification availed and the NT notification serial number.I know the notification is 8/2003 from where can i find the serial number.

There is 3 Serial number in this notification before the notification No. and date. You will mention the serial no at the time of filing return. SSI exemption notification is tariff notification no. 8/2003 there is only 2 serial no.
