EPF for the month of january 2016, february 2016, march 2016 is paid in the month of june 2016 by the employer (employer is partnership firm ) is allowed as deduction in financial year 2015-2016.
if yes than under which section ??????????

Yes it is allowed if remitted before filing the return as per court judgement.
