Employee joining in mid of month

When an employee joins in the mid of month then the allowances given to him will also be reduced to the extent he has worked. For. Eg. Children Education Allowance, Medical Allowance. Or the payment of allowances will be made from next month?

basic salary and allowance should pay as per working of number of days of the same month.
