Eligibilty for industrial training

21 October 2014 My articleship started on 19th april 2012 and i want to go industrial training and my principal has also granted me permission for this and further he is releasing me from 30 Sep 2014 and out this showing 6 months of leave.

according to this, would i be eligible for industrial training ?
