I am pursuing my second year of articleship. In my first of articleship i have already took 1 time transfer. Now i want to transfer for second time due to health problems.
Can i tranfer for second time ?
If possible is it will become any problem for me in future(Like during interviews)

yes only if you fit in their criteria of reasons allowed for transfer in subsquent year.
First write a letter on plain paper to icai seeking permission for transfer & only if icai permits you in writing file form 109 duly signed by your existing CA.
