22 June 2011 pls let me know how to reset my IT Password for efiling my IT return . The case is that i forgot my password and answer to the secret question required to Reset my password.I am going to e-file for the first time. We have emailed the matter to the IT dept. but there is no reply to the same, if there is any solution to end this problem please let me know?

22 June 2011 If you have filed it return earlier through efiling then acknowledgement number of that return will help you in resetting the password. Otherwise writing mail to the department is only way out.
