Efiling of itrs with dsc

Whether Partnership Firm/COMPANY returns are to be uploaded using with Firm/Company DSC or can we upload them using the DSC of any one of the Partners/Directors; Is it compulsory to apply for Digital Signature in the name of Firm/Company; earlier we were doing with the DSC of partner/director only; please clarify

DSC of partner/director only will be used who has singed the income tax return
