WHETHER EDUCATION CESS & SECONDARY & H.E.C IS TO BE PAID ON COMPOUNDED LEVY SCHEME OF STAINLESS STEEL ROLLING MILLS WHICH IS RS.30000/- PER MACHINE OR IT IS INCLUDED IN THE ABOVE AMOUNT.

Rolling Mills (Jobworker) Exempt from Excise duty. but if you are paying any amount of duty then cess applicable on duty amount/ service tax amount.
