In case of Stock Transfer from additional place of business to Registered office distance maybe more than 10 kms or Otherwise Material value more than Rs.50000.
In this case E - Waybill is Necessary

03 February 2018 E-way bill is required to be generated for every movement of goods either in related to supply or for purpose other than supply. Therefore, e-way bill is to be generated for every inter or intra state transfers, where the value of consignment exceeds Rs. 50000
