E-verification of itr for refund

Dear Sir, I have filed my ITR-4 A.Y. 2015-16 on 06/08/2015. I have requested for refund and e-verify my itr throud aadhar number generated. But my return has not been processed yet. What Should I do...? on Department site i have seen that in case of refund e-verification is possible only by net banking but i have e-verify it with aadhar. Plz guide me sir.

Either E verify it through net banking or take a prnit out of ITR V sign it and send it to Bangalore.

But sir on itr v it is mention that no need to send this acknowledgement and how can we everify same return which has already been everified.
