while making of e payment tds , there was a mistake in mentioning Assessment year i.e 2001 - 01 instead of 2010 - 11 whether there is any procedure for correction

talk to your A.O. for rectification of mistake and send a request to NSDL TDS section

The Assessing Officer can do the necessary correction. I personally have got such correction done.
