10 May 2012 Any person earning income more than 10 Lac Rs, by salary in AY 12-13, is required to file ITR online WITH DSC OR NOT?

11 May 2012 In this case e-filing is mandatory because his income exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs.

However, digital signature is NOT mandatory. Digital signature is mandatory only for persons who are required to get their accounts audited.
