E filing with Digital signature

Rcenly i was traying to file the ITR6 for the Private limited company through electronic, however at the timie of registering the digital signature i got problems, it state the following issue
1. Digital signature is not register on company's name
2. THe key Personnel data is not matching with data of I.Tax
3. And if you are filing the return first time then file ITR-V
PLEASE HELP ME ON THIS ISSUE.
is there any help line by I.T. department? My digital signature is registerd on the name of director.
