Is it mandatory to file return of income for individual and huf whose total income exceeds Rs. 10 lacs electronically with DSC?

1. An individual or HUF whose income exceeds Rs. 10 lakhs is required to file the return electronically.
2. Digital signature is mandatory ONLY if the assessee is required to get his accounts audited.
