Hi All,
Digital Certificate is mandatory for F.Y. 2009-10 e-filing?. There is any possibility to file the same without digital signature for ITR-1 and ITR -2.

No digital signature is not mandatory while filling the return of income. You can even file without digital signature.
In that case you need to follow below mentioned steps;
1. submit the return without digital signature
2. take printout of ackn. i.e ITV-V
3. sign on that
4. courier the same to bangalore income tax office at Income Tax Department , CPC, Post Box No - 1, Electronic City Post Office, Bangalore - 560100, Karnataka within thirty days after the date of transmitting the data electronically. Please note No Form ITR-V shall be accepted in any other office of the Income-tax Department or in any other manner.

Yes and you will get an email from the department when they receive ur ITR V
