10 May 2014 these days effectively the email option doesn't work. you can resend using past income tax return acknowledgment number and bank a/c no. Alternatively, if no option works, use a DSC to reset the password or file your tax return using taxcloudindia.com and then reset the password using new return's acknowledgment no and bank a/c
