I have submitted the return on income tax website...however the Acknowledgement was sent without signature earlier and now the same is received by CPC office bangalore on 02 Apr 2013 for AY 2012-13. The return filed is having a refund of almost 34,000 becoz of loss from house property.
Plz advise what to do and would the refund be acknowledged by IT department.

1st of all check the refund status by loging into your account at Income Tax Website.
The best you can do is to send the acknowledgement with signature again, at the earliest provided 120 days have not elapsed from the date of filing of return.

120 days have elapsed and I have sent the acknowledgement again and the income tax site is showing reciept .
