Can DVAT 44 be applied for different branches in the same state differently?

As it appears,only one form 44 has to be applied for each firm including all branches in a state,because you can not have more deduction numbers for a single registration No....MJK

Ms Swati Kale,
Pl read rule 59(3) of Delhi VAT Rules 2005 for details. As per that rule each tax deducting person shall be given one Tax Deduction Account Number. Hence, I think each dealer may be given only one TDAN. You may try by filing several form 44(for each branch).
