12 June 2011 How to apply for duplicate pan card for individual as well as partnership firm ? Also send me the list of documents i have to provide ?

12 June 2011 u will have to apply through NSDL for reprint of PAN card
copy of old pan card, proof of identity and proof of address to be sent

in case of firm copy of registration is to be sent

1. You can apply online through this link:
https://tin.tin.nsdl.com/pan/index.html

2. Firms can also give a copy of partnership deed as a proof of identity and address.
