Plz clear what is due date to deposit the TDS if deduct on 10.04.2010

Due date will be 07.05.10

In case of Salary, by 7th of the following month of Salary paid.
11 April 2010
agreed 7th May. Incase is this March month salary i suggest to pay before 30th april becasue 30th april is the due date for issue form-16 with out payment you cannot issue form 16
