Can I File IT returns now for the FY 2009-10 & FY 2008-09 physically (not online). IF yes what is the due date for filing the returns.

You can file ITR of fy 2009-10 upto 31.03.2012...but can't file return of FY 2008-09....last date of return filling of fy 2008-09 was 31-03-2011.

yes you can file return by on line portal

If no such income is there and suggest you to not file return since it will be treated as belated return and penalty of rs5k may charged
