i want to know is there any implication of Revised discussion of Direct Tax Code ( DTC ) and when it will be implicated

Yes. implication is there, Implementation date will be announced after passing the bill and enacted by Govt

Presumptive date of applicability for DTC is 1st April,2011, but as said by Mr. Ramesh, it will be applicable only if it passed by the parliament.
