no there no DTAA with hongkong.

In A. Y. 2012 - 2013, previous C. A. claimed u/s 91 the same deduction. Will it be disallowed ? In A. Y. 2013 - 2014, I denied the same, since I too neither got in above site nor the same in DTAA sheet in ITR 2. Should I claim ? In A. Y. 2012 - 2013 ITR 2 Hongkong was there in DTAA sheet. In A. Y. 2013 - 2014 disappeared !

if DTAA is not inforce then you can always invoke sec91.
