Please contact, nearest Chapter. I think, article ship facility is not available in Germany.

Actually i am not aware of rules on articles out side of india
1)As said by expert it is highly recommended you to contact ICAI because they only can give you correct and reliable suggestion
2)please refer Revised Guidelines for Training of Articled Assistant outside India - (22-11-2010)
