Dormant company to get status of activate

10 July 2016 Hello,

I want to file Form MSC-4 for activating Dormant Company, But when i put CIN no in the form, it shows me error that "The status of entered CIN is Dormant. This form cannot be filed for this status".
My company has not filed annual returns from 2003.

Please let me know the procedure for activating company.

11 July 2016 aCCORDING TO SECTION 455(5), AN APPLICATION FOR OBTAINING THE STATUS OF DORMANT COMPANY SHALL BE MADE IN FORM MSC 4 AND ALSO SHALL BE ACCOMPAINED BY RETURN IN FORM MSC-3 IN RESPECT OF FINANCIAL YEAR IN WHICH APPLICATION FOR OBTAINING THE STATUS OF ACTIVE COMPANY IS BEING FILED.( RETURN SHALL BE DULY AUDITED BY CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT IN PRACTICE)
tHE REGISTRAR SHALL AFTER CONSIDERING THE APPLICATION FILED UNDER SUB RULE ISSUE A CERTIFICATE IN FORM msc 5 allowing the status of an active company to a applicant
