I Want to ask :
Assessee have a business loss even after add back that donation its means his AGTI is negative to claim deduction u/s. 80G whether assessee would claim that donation as deduction u/s. 37 (1) as a general deduction or not.

Donations are not allowed as deduction from business income. So in this case, the assessee cannot avail the benefit of donation.
