dividend transfer to Investor Edu. Prot. Fund can be claim

I had recd. div. warrant in the year of 1994 but but i could not deposited within the time, now as per the provisions of the companies act this amt.had been transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (U/s 205C).
Can I claim it from that fund if yes than please tell me the procedure for the same.

THERE IS NO WAY TO CLAIM MONEY BACK FROM INV. EDUCATION AND PROTECTION FUND .
EXPLANATION UNDER SUB SECTION 2 OF SEC 205 C OF THE COMPANY'S ACT MAKES ABSOLUTELY CLEAR THAT NO CLAIM SHALL LIE AGAIST THE FUND OR THE COMPANY FOR ANY INDIVIDUAL AMOUNT UNCLAIMED OR UN PAID FOR A PERIOD OF SEVEN YEARS FROM THE DATE THEY FIRST BECAME DUE.
