The mutual units purchased on 2008,it was sold on 17.12.2009 the dividend received on 2008 Rs.50000 and 17.7.2009 is Rs.45000 the long term capital loss arised from above transaction provisions of sec 94(7) is applicable or not,if it was a gain what is the tax treatment
