Can anyone help me?
Our Private Limited Company has paid Rs.45000/- more Dividend Distribution Tax through oversight.
Is this amount refundable?
If yes then give me procedure to get refund...

No DDT is not refundable, try to meet AO and seek challan correction. Good luck
