Can anyone tell applicable surcharge on DDT for a company having total income less than 1 Crores.
and if surcharge is applicable on DDT then please tell me the difference between "Surcharge on DDT" and "surcharge on Income tax"

As far as I know surcharge for DDT of 12% applicable even in the case company declared dividend when the Total income of the company is less than 1 crores
