20 July 2010 Dividend is declared in A.G.M. in August for A.Y. 2010-11. Book of accounts closed on 31.03.2010. Provision for dividend created in the book of accounts. So paying dividend distribution tax of 15% on such dividend which A.Y. is to be wriiten while filling the challan u/s 280. A.Y. 2010-11 or A.Y. 2011-12
