Prepare Realisation Account & transfer all assets & liabilities .
Prepare partners capital account & transfer balance to cash account.
transfer all assets & liabilties to their respective accounts
Then apply the concept of garner v/s murray & piecemeal distribution for sharing loss & cash distribution
