Can a director whose DIN is deactivated " due to non filling of 3 KYC form " file DPT 3 ?

No. e-form DPT -3 cannot upload with such person's digital signature.

THANK U SIR FOR REPLY..A pvt co. having both the directors disqualified due to non filling of kyc ...can we file dpt 3 with one activated din ?
