Electricity charges Rs 39500 paid in cash.Is this diallowable u/sec 40 A

if Electricity supplier Govt.undertaking then its allowable. if its a private agency then its disallowed.

It will be disallowed u/s.40 (A). It will be allowed if its paid to the govt and can be proved with the documentory evidences.
