sir, I have paid geological fee rs 540000 in cash.Will it be treated as disallowance?(the payment was made to government)

If the payment is required to be made in cash as per govt rules, then expenses will not be disallowed u/s 40A(3) of the IT Act,1961. Also refer rule 6DD(b) of the IT Rules, 1962.
