CAN WE CLAIM DEDUCTION FOR EXPENSES WHICH WAS OF PREVIOUS YEAR BUT NOT CLAIMED IN THAT YEAR DUE TO OVERSIGHT WHILE FOLLOWING ACCRUAL BASIS ACCOUNTING

Previous year expenses can't be claimed in this year for taxation purposes. Please disallow u/s.37.
