27 February 2017 Board’s Report (on CFS) shall contain a separate section wherein a report on the
performance and financial situation of its :
+ Subsidiary Company
+ Associate Company and
+ Joint Venture Companies , included in the consolidated financial statement
presented.

27 February 2017 As per Section 129(3) of the Companies Act, 2013 Form AOC -1 in respect of financial details of company’s subsidiaries and associate companies shall also be attached.
