What is the celling of Director remuneration in Private Company as per Companies Act, 2013 ?

Section 197 of the Companies Act, 2013 prescribed the maximum ceiling for payment of managerial remuneration by a public company.
It is not applicable to private company.
However, Articles of association of the company need to be checked for relevant provisions (if any) relating to director remuneration
