Director REMUNERATION ACCOUNT SHOULD BE MAINTAIN SEPARATELY, THIS IS THE REQUIREMENT OF THE COMPANIES ACT ....
salary ALWAYS PAID TO EMPLOYEE OF THE ORGANIZATION.. Directors are not employee of the company therefore director can not take Salary in place of remuneration
