Director disqualification u/s 274(1)(g)(a)

03 December 2012 1. If a director is holding directorship in any dormant company and also that dormant company has not filed form 32 and Din 3, then whether such directors are disqualified under above section and any other section.
2. Also whether such director has to mention name of that dormant company while giving disqualification certificate to other companies in which he or she is director.

No, it will not covered under section 274(1)(g).

You just file Form-32 and DIN-3.

No need to director giving any such type of certificate.
