Sir, Is there any maximum age limit to becoming a director of comapany?

No Maximum Age limit for Director.
For the appointment of a person as managing director or whole time director Max Age Limit is 70 years. But with a special resolution even a person aged more than 70 years, can be appointed as MD or WTD.
