Sir,
company has passed a board resolution for appointment of an additional director on 26/09/2016 and the he was regularised by passing resolution at AGM on 30/09/2016. but the company failed to file the DIR 12 within 30 days of passing resolution. What should do now to? can we file it now?

Yes , you can file it now with the additional fees. First of all form DIR 12 needs to be filed for the appointment of additional Director in the Company with additional fees. and again Company has to file another DIR 12 with additional fees for change in designation from additional to regular executive or non executive Director
