HELLO FRENDS...

M APPLYING FOR A DIN & AS IT REQUIRED TO ENCLOSE ID PROOF & ADDRESS PROOF I DO THE SAME.........

ID PROOF: COPY OF PAN CARD , ADDRESS PROOF:COPY OF BANK STATEMENT..

BUT ACCORDING TO ID PROOF CLIENT'S INFORMATION IS:
BABULAL MALOO S/O KHANAYALAL MALOO

&

IN ADDRESS PROOF CLIENT'S INFORMATION IS:

BABULAL MALOO S/O KANAYALAL MALOO

A DIFFERENCE OCCURS IN A SPELLING OF FATHER'S NAME i.e. KHANAYALAL & KANAYALAL.

THE ONLY DIFFERENCE OF LETTER 'H' IN A NAME.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IS THAT CREATE ANY PROBLEM WHILE APPLYING FOR DIN.....

& IS THERE ANY PROVISION FOR PENALTY......

27 March 2012 DIN will be rejected in all probability, the reason being mismatch of father's name.
Suggest to attach a notarized affidavit stating that Khanayalal .... and Kanayalal...is one and the same person.

I agree with expert, DIN 1 will be rejected on the basis of mismatch of father name. So it is requires to submit an affidavit with corrected name of your father which will be notariesed .
