02 March 2012 I have filed DIN 4 on 29th FEB 2012., I have received mail from MCA to resubmit the same for following points : -

1. Non availability of ID - PAN was attached for the same.

2. Non availability of DOB - DOB mentioned on PAN whether not sufficient for the same if not what to attach. Please not that there is change in DOB now submitted and already available with MCA.

3. Verification by applicant not in presrcibed format : - i have given verification in DIN Annexure - 2 as per MCA Guidelines.

Please suggest.

Please check the following in DIN4

1. Whether attached PAN is same as detail given in DIN 4.
2. Please check the date of Birth given in PAN is matched or not.
3. Verification format is given on site in DIN section, please fill the same accordingly.

You should ensure that the detail given in PAN will also be in DIN 4.
