22 November 2014 As now tax audit report (Form 3 CD) and Domestic transfer pricing accountant report
(Form 3CEB)has to be file . Whether Digital Signature (DSC) will be required for same from auditee side or Auditor can upload it from his digital signature and auditee has just to go income tax site with its login id and password and accept the report uploaded from auditor

DSC is compulsory for filing of Tax Audit report of both Auditor as well as auditee.
