As now tax audit report (Form 3 CD) and Domestic transfer pricing accountant report
(Form 3CEB)has to be file . Whether Digital Signature (DSC) will be required for same from auditee side or Auditor can upload it from his digital signature and auditee has just to go income tax site with its login id and password and accept the report uploaded from auditor

DSC is compulsory for filing of Tax Audit report of both Auditor as well as auditee.

DSC WILL REQUIRED FOR FILING THE ONLINE RETURN.

That is clear that DSC will be required for filing the return but the query is whether it will be required from auditee side for filing domestic transfer pricing report and tax audit report.
