clarify the sale outside the state and sale in course of inter-state sale with example

When as a result of sale any goods are moved out of state border then it becomes an interstate sale.In this case buyer and seller are situated in different states.
There are only sales in the course of export(one transaction before actual export) and sale in the course of import(the sale immeditely after import)in continuity.
