What is the liability of the auditor in case Turnover and Purchase as per Sales Tax Return and Audited Accounts differ?
Does any qualification is required in these regard in Audit Report and in Tax Audit.

Audit has not been done Correctly.Consequences of negligence may follow.
Qualification is required. Reconciliation may be obtained from assessee and should be attached with VAT audit report.
