05 February 2011 agar me labour contractor hu to me itr-4 me total income 2100000/- batata hu aur salary & wages 1900000/- batata hu to koi income tax ki aapti to nahi he ne esily refund to mila jayegana pls, detail give ?

05 February 2011 i assume you are supply labour for construction work.....
Supply of labour come under the preview of section 44AD and the income will be 168000/-
and if your want to declare the less income you are require to get your account audited from a CA

as you are showing higher income nothing should be the problem.....
