Sir
My client had made F & O Trading & made a Profit of Rs 71 lakh & loss of 1.03 Crore.
whether he is liable u/s 44AB or not.

Yes, because the absolute value of profit and loss is Rs. 1.74 crores and that is more than the threshold limit of 44AB.
